于2021年入职福建医科大学药学,副教授。

主要从事功能核酸的设计、递送载体合成、纳米药物的制备和应用等方面的研究工作。以特色的硫醇载体为主,通过合成不同结构的硫醇载体,将其用于抗体、核酸、小分子等药物的递送,制备吸入、涂抹、滴眼液等纳米药物制剂,应用于多种疾病的治疗,包括眼底新生血管疾病、肺纤维化、脑海绵状血管瘤等。近年来在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Acta Biomaterialia、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、ACS Appl. Bio Mater.、Chem. Comm.等国际知名期刊上发表多篇文章;申请2项国家专利,其中1项已转让给生物科技公司,共同进行临床转化。曾多次到国内科研单位交流学习,包括上海交通大学医学院仁济医院分子医学研究院、中科院化学所。与福州大学化学学院食品安全与生物分析教育部重点实验室建立了长期合作关系。
